HUMMERH2Parts.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with HUMMERH2Parts.com, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. HUMMERH2Parts.com does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for all orders placed after 5:00 pm Friday and all orders placed on the weekend. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Ordering Procedure
Our inventory turnover is quite frequent. So when you order from us, we will put you in-line to receive the product(s) if they are not in stock. Some specialty items may need to be ordered from overseas vendors and may take up to 4-8 weeks to receive them. However, if a problem occurs with your order, here are a few steps to follow:

Once your order has been placed via the website, phone, or fax, your credit card will be charged immediately, as stated above. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify as soon as possible product availability and expected delivery date. If you choose to cancel the backordered item with-in 24 hours of notification, there will be a full refund. If you choose to cancel the items after a 24 hours notification of the order or during non-business hours, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be returned to your credit card.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return or that are damaged MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment to be considered. No items will be returnable after 30 days.

ILLTECH DOES NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES, TERRIFFS, TAXES, OR DUTYS.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by HUMMERH2Parts.com, we will except the package back and reimburse you for the return shipping on your next order with us. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

To return an item back to us, please do the following:
** Contact a Sales Representative to receive a RMA number. All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
** Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unusable
** Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
** Include a copy of your receipt
** Write a brief description of the problem with the product
** If you have a receipt for the return shipping include as well
** We DO NOT except any freight collect packages all freight collect packages will be refused. Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.

Payment Terms
HUMMERH2Parts.com accepts most credit cards with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. HUMMERH2Parts.com also accepts Paypal.com (some occasions), money orders, and wire transfers. All orders can be completed online if applicable or by phone at (253) 879-TECH. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of currency exchange rates.

We accept most ALL-major credit cards.

Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. ILLTecAuto.com does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The customer and the manufacturer should handle the warranty directly.

Price Matching
ILLTecAuto.com price matches against other companies to give you the customer the best possible price and service. For us to price match, the product must be:
** Sold by an authorized dealer
** Not a clearance item or group buy
** Must be in stock at time of order
** Must be sold by an actual business, no auctions or personal selling
